Never share your recovery phrase or private key by email. HyperPay support will never ask for them.

How to reach us

We read every message and aim to reply to business inquiries within one to two business days. Support requests are triaged by severity; urgent wallet access issues are prioritised first. When writing, include your device type, wallet version, operating system, and a clear description of the issue so the team can help faster. Please use the same email address you registered with when possible.

For security-sensitive questions, never paste a recovery phrase, private key, or full wallet backup into an email. HyperPay support will never ask for them. If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, return to the HyperPay homepage and use the official download page to verify you are on the real site.
